Acorn Nursery

Acorn Nursery is a small private nursery located within the grounds of Acorn Nursery Primary School. We are registered to care for 42 children aged from 3 months to school age. We open at 7.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year. Our staff team are experienced, have childcare qualifications, Safeguarding training and First Aid certificates.

The children have access to a large outside play area. We ensure that children play outside every day in accordance with Early Years regulations. Daily breakfast, snacks and tea are prepared by the nursery staff. Our lunches are provided by an outside source and are delivered daily. We also provide named water bottles so your children are able to have a drink whenever they wish. All dietary requirements are catered for - Zebedees.co.uk

We have a baby's room, a room for toddlers and a pre-school room all of which are full of exciting resources for the children. Activities are planned to enhance children's learning, following the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. A maximum of 15 hours a week free is available for children aged between 2 and 3 year of age during term time. We believe it is important to work in partnership with parents to provide individual care for your child.
